Editorial standards

Amortio content is held to four non-negotiable standards:

  1. Primary sourcing only. No unsourced statistics. Every quantitative claim cites the underlying data source by name and date.
  2. Calculator math review. Every calculator on the site is unit-tested against authoritative reference examples.
  3. Update SLA. When source data changes, we update within 24 hours and timestamp the change visibly.

What we're not

Amortio is not a licensed mortgage broker, lender, or financial advisor. Brazora does not hold an NMLS, CFP, or other lending license.
